Garrity Residence

This is a unique Ocean Front residence constructed totally of concrete. It has a massive foundation system supported by driven piles. The structure then consists of slab on grade; two (2) elevated decks and a two (2) level, cast-in-place, garage structure. A concrete bridge connects the concrete garage to the main house. Blair has self-performed all aspects of the turn-key concrete construction.
