Riddick Laboratory Addition and Renovation
This is a mix of renovation and new construction. Our crews have done an elevator expansion as part of the up-fit which involves shoring and underpinning of the structure in the area. In addition, there were several pits created on the inside of the old building. We added foundations and a structural steel composite deck to the new addition. The job involved very tight working conditions. This is a turn key project for us.

Biomanufacturing Training and Education Center
Another great addition to the North Carolina State university campus in Raleigh. This project involves substantial foundations and walls to support the structural steel building. The foundations and walls had to be completed in 45 days to accommodate the very tight schedule, which we have achieved. Our crews are currently working on the composite decks. This has been a turnkey project for us.
