This is a very large hospital addition to the New Hanover Regional Medical Center. Blair forces will construct the extensive sixteen (16) foot tall wall system. There is approximately one thousand (1,000) linear feet of 16 foot tall walls. Blair accomplished four hundred (400) feet of walls in two (2) weeks. Once the walls have been constructed, the building will be primarily structural steel on which Blair will pour approximately 400,000 square feet of elevated composite decks.
