Brier Creek Medical Office Building
This is a two-story medical office building that will house several of the major university health systems. This job was started in June 2008, and has a high level of difficulty. As a tilt-up job, the safety requirements are higher due to the number of small pieces to put together. Tilt-up jobs are also faster paced jobs than regular concrete construction.
Blair’s scope includes: foundations, digging and pouring of casting beds, forming and bracing panels, tilt-up walls, pouring slab on grade, and slab on metal deck. We are scheduled to be complete in the fall of this year.
