A premier condominium project located on the Crystal Coast of North Carolina, this eight (8) story cast-in-place structural frame, totaling over 180,000 SF of finished slab area, was topped out weeks ahead of schedule prompting the General Contractor’s superintendent to remark:

“This is the first Turn-Key concrete package completed ahead of schedule and with excellent quality as promised that we’ve been associated with.”

To meet the schedule, Blair utilized a column mounted flying form system to form the nine inch conventionally reinforced slabs allowing the finished trades to immediately follow one floor behind the table forming system shaving weeks off the Contractor’s overall schedule.
