Blair Concrete and the Blair Group of companies were formed in 1990 and are primarily focused on the concrete and site construction aspects of the construction industry. Turnkey concrete construction including excavation, foundation and wall packages, tilt-up construction, slab and flat-work packages, epoxy and coatings, repair and restoration, consulting and design assistance are some of the services we provide. In addition, Blair performs elevated form work packages, and can essentially provide a turnkey frame package for our clients' multi-level cast in place concrete structures.
Located in Raleigh and in Wilmington, North Carolina, we routinely travel throughout the southeastern states and as far west as Nebraska. We pride ourselves on our ability to mobilize quickly and completely.

At Blair, up-front and meticulous detail planning are a fundamental part of our system. We feel that we are in the position to do more than the physical installation of the project. We regularly assist and offer seminars on a variety of concrete practices, theory and technique including floor flatness specification interpretations.
Our quality safety programs insure that all safety measures are analyzed and put in place prior to any task the Blair team performs. Safety is truly part of the Blair culture.
